At G’VOLF, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality hijabs, scarves, footwear, and modest fashion products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy subject to the terms mentioned below.
Returns
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as inner wear, customized products, or products marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team at support@gvolf.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Kindly mention your order number along with the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Customers are responsible for securely packing the product to avoid damage during return transit. If the product is received in damaged condition due to improper packaging, the return may be rejected.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the necessary details from the customer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by G’VOLF. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return request as per our return policy.
